 If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns if the following conditions are met: 

• All items must be unworn.
• All Items must be in their original packaging.
• You must include the original sales receipt.
• Returns ONLY within 40 days of purchase. 
• No returns on accessories and hand bags.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• International orders are non-refundable or exchangeable.

PLEASE NOTE: items purchased from our Clearance section are non-refundable or exchangeable.

We offer the following convenient options to return your items:

-Return your purchase at Brida Shoes.

Return the item(s) to the store of your preference (Store Locator) where our associates will be please to assist you.

You will be refunded at the store through the same payment method that was used to purchase the items

*PLEASE NOTE:
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 
- For purchases made using PayPal, returns can only be processed online and refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account. We will not be able to process PayPal returns in store.

-Return your purchase by currier.

1.      Enter your receipt # on the Return Form along with the required information.

2.      You will receive an email confirming that your return request has been received along with instructions to complete your return.    Brida Shoes will take care of your returning charges.

3.      Once we have received the item(s), you will be reimbursed for the cost of the items (excluding shipping and handling fee) purchased and the amount should appear on your credit card statement within 5 to 7 business days following this.

Shipping and Delivery

Canadian Orders:

• FREE shipping on orders over $ 150 before taxes
• Flat rate shipping for orders below $ 150 before taxes : $ 10
• All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of placing an order.
• Delivery time: 1-5 business days. The date you receive your order will vary depending on your province.
• Enjoy free returns.

International Orders:

• Flat rate shipping International orders: $ 25
• All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of placing an order.
• Delivery time: 7-20 business days. The date you receive your order will vary depending on your country.

 *PLEASE NOTE:

- Your billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.

- The shipping and billing addresses must be valid addresses (P.O. boxes are not accepted).

-Make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address just in case our Customer Service team needs to contact you about your order.
- For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
